for example i want 2 watch CNN,ABC and other american channels but i don`t live in the US and i don`t have these channels on my tv so can you get channels on your computer using a tv tuner card without having them on your regular tv?also what are the differences between the cards and how can you plug and set the card up?thanks a lot
